Frequently Asked Questions
How much would it cost to recolor my item?
If your leather item is in good condition, the cost will typically include only the recoloring service. Estimated prices for repair and recoloring are available in our pricing section.
How long does it take to recolor my sofa?
Recoloring a medium-sized sofa (two or three seats) typically takes about 3–4 hours. After the work is completed, the coating requires approximately 24–36 hours to fully cure. We strongly recommend avoiding use of the recolored item during this curing period.

Do you provide warranty for your repairs?
Warranty coverage for leather repairs depends on the extent of the original damage and the level of use of the repaired area.
Our standard warranty for physical repairs with recoloring is one (1) year, subject to applicable terms and conditions. This warranty does not cover areas exposed to heavy use, such as seating surfaces or locations subject to constant physical stress, pressure, stretching, or friction.
In high-wear areas, we can warranty the structural integrity of the repair, as the material is reinforced with additional backing or stitching. However, the durability of the color coating in these areas cannot be guaranteed, as its lifespan depends on usage conditions beyond our control.
In cases where the damage is extensive, replacing or re-sewing the affected area with new leather panels may be recommended. In such cases, the warranty applies to the seams and workmanship of the replacement.
Under the terms of the warranty, if all conditions are met, the customer may request a complimentary repair of the same area should a defect related to our workmanship be identified
How should I care for my repaired leather?
To maintain your leather after a repair, avoid exposing it to excess moisture and direct sunlight. Regular cleaning and conditioning also helps keep it soft and supple.
Are you insured?
Yes, our business is fully insured, ensuring your items are protected during repairs.
