TAKING CARE
Special Cleaning & Protection
We provide deep professional cleaning followed by protective treatments that help preserve surfaces, enhance appearance, and extend the life of upholstery and interior materials
Leather Cleaning and Conditioning
We provide professional leather cleaning and conditioning for residential and commercial furniture, as well as automotive, RV, marine, and aircraft interiors. Our process uses specialized, pH-balanced cleaners designed to extract body oils and remove grease without damaging the leather. When needed, we restore protection by applying a professional-grade topcoat to help replicate the original factory finish and extend the life of the leather.
When Cleaning Alone is Not Enough for Leather?
Heavy Body Oil Contamination
While light and fresh body oil stains can often be removed through cleaning, heavy or long-standing oil contamination penetrates deeply and damages the leather structure. In such cases, the stain may be concealed with color, but this solution is temporary. If long-term quality and durability are the goal, replacing the leather panel entirely is the best option
Ingrained Ink and Dye Stains
Ingrained ink and dye stains penetrate deeply into the leather structure and cannot be safely removed through cleaning. Aggressive cleaning attempts may damage the leather finish, dry out the material, or cause discoloration. In these cases, the proper solution is to refinish the affected area with color restoration, which seals the stain and restores a uniform appearance
Damaged Topcoat
Leather is protected by a clear topcoat—similar to a varnish—that helps prevent paint wear, cracking, peeling, and the absorption of dirt and oils. Over time, this protective layer can wear down, allowing contaminants to penetrate the paint layer and upper surface of the leather.
This type of damage often appears as darkened or dirty-looking spots that may seem removable through cleaning alone. However, the issue is deeper than surface contamination. In these cases, proper repair requires more than cleaning. The process includes surface sanding, restoration with specialized compounds, color refinishing, and the application of a new protective topcoat to restore durability and appearance.

Fabric & Velour Upholstery Cleaning
We use a professional multi-stage deep furniture cleaning process designed to safely remove embedded urine contamination after pets and kids, as well as dirt, body oils, and stubborn stains from fabric and velour surfaces.
The process begins with the application of specialized acidic and alkaline solutions, selected according to the type of contamination, to break down grease, organic residue, and mineral-based soils.
After chemical treatment, the upholstery is thoroughly cleaned using a powerful hot-water extraction system with a high-pressure steam vacuum, which flushes contaminants from deep within the fibers while simultaneously extracting moisture and residues. This method restores freshness, improves appearance, and extends the life of the upholstery without damaging the fabric structure.
Suitable for home, commercial, automotive, RV, marine, and aircraft interiors
Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I have my leather furniture professionally cleaned?
For most residential furniture, we recommend a professional deep clean and conditioning every 12 to 18 months. High-use items like car seats or family room sofas may benefit from service every 6 to 9 months to prevent body oils and salts from breaking down the finish.
Can you remove denim dye transfer or deep stains?
Yes! We use specialized, pH-balanced cleaners designed specifically for leather. While standard “all-purpose” cleaners can damage the leather’s top coat, our process safely lifts dye transfer, ink, and protein stains without altering the leather’s texture.
What is the difference between conditioning and protection?
Conditioning replenishes the natural oils within the leather to keep it supple and prevent cracking. Protection (or shielding) applies a microscopic barrier to the surface that repels water, oils, and UV rays, making future spills much easier to wipe away.
Is your cleaning process safe for pets and children?
Absolutely. We use water-based, non-toxic, and biodegradable products that are safe for the whole family. There are no harsh chemical odors, and your furniture is typically ready to use within an hour of completion.
