The issue
This customer had a beautiful loveseat, chair, and ottoman set, but the loveseat had seen better days. The cushion upholstery was worn out and torn, and the cushion covers were sewn on and couldn’t be removed.
Repair Process
To replace the worn leather, we first cut the cushions free from the loveseat since they weren’t removable. We then reupholstered them with new leather and turned them into removable cushions.
The original cushion foam had become saggy and uneven, especially around a cigarette burn. Actually cigarette burn was attempted to repair before but unsuccessfully. It could be done better by the way, but replacing the whole cover is more properly way to repair the cushions.

A thin foam layer was applied to make the surface durable and even.
